Order management automation: every order in one place
Orders come in through Messenger, e-mail and phone. Some get lost.
When orders come in through several channels, sooner or later one slips through: a message nobody answered, a call nobody wrote down. Order collection automation feeds every channel into one list and sends the confirmation and the invoice by itself.
Sound familiar?
- An order came in on Messenger; someone saw it but didn't write it down.
- On Monday nobody knows exactly what's still open from last week.
- Everyone sends confirmations and invoices differently, at different times.
- When a colleague is on holiday, orders get stuck in their inbox.
What does this cost you now?
An example: 15 orders a day, 4 minutes each for retyping, confirming and invoicing. Over a year, that comes to roughly:
And that doesn't include the cost of lost orders.
How we fix it
We bring the channels together
Orders from e-mails, Messenger messages, the online shop and web forms go into one shared list automatically. Phone orders are logged by a colleague on a short form.
We read the order
Where an order arrives as free text, artificial intelligence extracts the product, the quantity and the delivery details. Anything it's unsure about goes to a colleague for approval.
Confirmation and invoice, automatically
Once an order is logged, the customer gets an automatic confirmation, and the invoice is created in your invoicing software when it's due.
You can see what's open
One list shows the status of every order, and the system alerts you if something has been waiting too long.
What you get
- One list where nothing gets lost.
- Fast, consistent confirmation for every customer.
- Invoices issued automatically instead of forgotten.
- Fewer questions back and forth, because everyone sees the same thing.
What it connects to
We usually build on the tools you already use: your company e-mail account, your Facebook page's Messenger, your online shop (such as WooCommerce or Shoprenter) and your invoicing software (such as Számlázz.hu or Billingo). We only suggest a new system if the existing one is genuinely holding you back.
