- Anything you enter in the rating plate and the counter stays in your browser; we never receive it.
- We only receive the data you send us by e-mail, and we only use it to reply and to prepare a quote.

3.1. Contact and quote requests
The quote request form on the website does not send any data to our server. Your browser turns what you enter into an e-mail, which you send to us from your own e-mail app. We therefore only receive the data when you send that e-mail, or when you write to us directly.

- Who has access?
- The data controller and the e-mail provider as data processor (see section 5).
Please don't include special categories of data (such as health data) or your colleagues' personal data in your description. We don't need them to assess the problem.

3.3. Visitor statistics (Matomo)
We measure visits to the website with Matomo, an open-source program running on our own hosting, to see which pages are viewed and where visitors come from (for example a search engine or one of our ads). The measurement uses no cookies and places no identifier in your browser. IP addresses are stored in shortened form, so they cannot be used to identify a visitor.
- Data processed
- Shortened IP address (without the last two number groups), the time and duration of the visit, the pages opened, the referring page or ad identifier, the type of browser, operating system and device, screen size, and use of the quote request form (composing the e-mail, copying the text).
- Purpose
- Statistical analysis of website traffic and measuring how well our content and ads perform.
- Legal basis
- GDPR Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in improving the website and measuring the effectiveness of our ads. The data is collected without cookies and with shortened IP addresses, so it cannot be used to identify visitors.
- Retention
- Detailed visit data is deleted after 6 months; only aggregated statistics are kept after that.
- Who has access?
- The controller. The data is stored on our hosting provider's server and is not passed to third parties.
If you don't want your visit to be measured, turn on the Do Not Track setting in your browser and measurement will not start. You can also object to the measurement by writing to info@mimuvek.hu.
3.4. Data that stays in your browser
The rating plate and the labour-hour counter on the home page process what you enter only in your browser. This data never reaches us and is discarded when you close the page, so it does not count as processing by us.
4. Cookies and third-party services
The website uses no cookies and places no other identifier in your browser. We measure visits with Matomo running on our own hosting, without cookies (see section 3.3).
